The upper strut mounts take a lot of abuse and can wear out, leading to accelerated inner tire wear. In many cases, the negative camber is increased so much that the tire will contact the strut. This will not only cause tire damage, but strut damage also. The Super Pro Upper Strut mounts are made from low-deflection elastomer, which is known for its high stiffness, low friction and excellent stability. This material gives you great performance and very little change in NVH from factory components, all with huge increases in strength over the factory strut mounts.
